My writing is inspired from an obsessive ability to examine situations, studies in psychology and sociology, lots of past girlfriend's, bordem and hate. My vocals are inspired from the older metal of acts like Slayer, Sepultura, Zao and Pantera met with the new mix of hard rock and nu-metal acts like Korn, System Of A Down, Disturbed, Drowning Pool, Slipknot, Marilyn Manson's Antichrist era, Taproot, Static-X, Kittie, Mudvayne, Godsmack, Flaw and Avenged Sevenfold, now meeting with lesser-known acts that are farther from the norm and radio like Between The Buried and Me, Lamb Of God, Dry Kill Logic, Hatebreed, Until The End, Unearth, Killswitch Engage, Vision Of Disorder, It Dies Today, Atreyu, Bleeding Through, Dead To Fall and Death By Stereo. I also dabble in things like Fear Factory, Devil Driver, Meshuggah, Crowbar, Downset, Evergreen Terrace, Five Pointe O and some death and black metal and some gothic style music like Type O Negative and Laguna Coil. I'd say I'm versatile. I may not be the best on Earth...but I'd definitely say I'm versatile. I have my own writing style...but I try to branch out and can adjust to different kinds of music. I'm huge into putting on a performance. I'm not only a vocalist...but an entertainer. It's very important to me. I get very emotionally into my performance. I'm still professional. I understand it's a business. ...and I understand that it's because of fans that it's all possible. I'm very set on being in a band being my career. Anything else...ask.
