The band has been compared to an array of artists including the Cranberries, Luscious Jackson, the Breeders, Joan Jett, the Buzzcocks, Letters to Cleo, Wendy O. Williams, Blondie, the Ramones and everything in between. They have coined the phrase ‘Texas Party Punk’ to describe their music. 3 KISSES’ live performance has been called ‘freakin’ explosive’ and lead singer/guitarist Tish Meeks has been referred to as ‘a ball of fire on stage.’ Tish launched 3 KISSES in Austin, TX, in January 2004. Since then they have performed over 350 live shows for over 300,000 people. 3 KISSES were featured on ABC’s ‘Wife Swap’ in 2007 performing for almost 15 million viewers. Lead guitarist, Jonny Tomaiko, bassist, Sam Hines, and drummer, Andy Wood complete the recipe for 3 KISSES’ punkish ‘cuddle-angst’ with a positive, party vibe.
