Bio/Info: My name is Mario Torres I play guitar, write original music, record, produce, and perform in select venues in Texas. I "cut my teeth" working the Texas cover band circuit in south Texas and the Christian Indie music scene in the north Texas/Dallas area. I'm blessed to have worked with Phillips Craig and Dean, MTV pop diva Mikaila, Ted Pearce, Susan Gray, Dorothy Norwood, Rohn Bailey, and Cynthia Greene of the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir. I've also appeared on DayStar, 89.7 Power FM, and havealso worked with The Journey Ministry, Jesse Duplantis, and Global Glory ministries. The guitar work I did with the legendary band Big Methuselah earned the band rave reviews from critics and fans alike. The band's CD "Human Sacrifice" received radio airplay worldwide with several songs charting Christian Indie top 10. The band also made 7balls Indie 25 "Unsigned Artists Who Rock" along with Mercy Me and Pillar. I recorded the "Inneractive" CD with the legendary Rohn Baily a few years ago. The CD is an annointed worship CD that will usher you into the very presence of the Lord! These days I'm working on an Espanol guitar instructional video with Horizon Video in Austin Texas, a new band, sound tracks, and a new Latin inspired CD.
