Bio/Info: Dedication. Intensity. Professionalism. These words describe the music and mentality of San Antonio’s best-kept secret: Tension Speak. The five members of Tension Speak come from a varied and expansive musical background with over 25 years of performing experience among them. Currently, Tension Speak has a growing following and is a favorite in the local San Antonio music scene as well as south Texas and are currently working on their first full length CD. Tension Speak has been featured on the popular San Antonio local music radio show Texas Traxx (99.5 KISS) and in a Hispanic-themed newspaper named Conexion Magazine. Additionally, the band has placed 1st in every Battle of the Bands contest that they have competed in. Recently, Tension Speak was invited to play at the world famous Roxy Theater in Los Angeles, CA. The band took advantage of the chance to play at the famous club by successfully touring throughout southern California. With a combination of melodic vocal patterns and modern hard rock guitar riffs, Tension Speak brings an intense sound and dynamic performance that is new to the San Antonio rock scene. Their dedication, intensity, and professionalism define what Texas music is all about.
